We are seeking a talented Sales Executive based in Europe to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our company's sales reach to Europe markets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's global presence
Research and call on Microsoft partners and clients across the Europe that have Consultant hiring needs
Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Europe market
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must know any one or all of the languages: German, French, Dutch
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a same or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Knowledge of international markets and business practices
Ability to conduct market research and stay up-to-date with IT industry trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
